FAST AND FOCUSED
The latest 2-in-1 Home Wireless modem combined with router and provides AC2200 dual-band output with wireless network specifications of 450Mbps and 1733Mbps for 2.4GHz and 5GHz* respectively. This model makes good use of BeamForming technology, which allows Wi-Fi transmission to devices in a defined direction. The result is a stable signal, reduced interference and enlarged Wi-Fi coverage.
SIMULTANEOUS HIGH-SPEED TRANSMISSION
The modem supports MU-MIMO (Multi-User Multiple-Input Multiple-Output) technology, which allows multiple devices to connect to a Wi-Fi network simultaneously while benefitting from stability and low latency. This alleviates network congestion when many devices are sharing Wi-Fi. The HS8245W also comes equipped with four 1000M LAN ports, along with one USB 3.0 and one USB2.0 port. These allow the user to have more devices served by a home network – the perfect foundation for a smart home.
*These network specifications refer to the network specifications of the router supplied as part of your NETVIGATOR service plan. Actual speeds experienced by a customer are much less than the wired and wireless network specifications specified for the router and will be affected by many factors including the bandwidth specification of your service, the lay-out of your flat, device used, transmission technology, network and software used, network configuration and coverage, international bandwidth, Wi-Fi interference and extraneous factors.
