Terms and Conditions

^▼This offer is only available to designated new consumer customers (whose service installation address has not been installed with any NETVIGATOR/LiKE1OO broadband service within 3 months prior to the application date) who subscribe to the designated NETVIGATOR broadband service with at least a 24-month commitment period, continuously use the service during the commitment period and complete the service installation within 30 days from the application date.

^#This offer is only available to designated consumer customers subscribing to the designated NETVIGATOR broadband service. Customers can choose only one channel package with a commitment period at discounted monthly fee.

Other Terms and Conditions:

1. The above offers are limited-time offers. Customers have to pay the HD Connection Fee. The HD Connection service is available only to Now TV HD customers who subscribe to the designated channels/pack(s) and pay the monthly HD Connection fee. HD Connection Service is available to customers whose Now TV installation address falls within HD coverage.
2. NETVIGATOR broadband service and Now TV are only available in designated residential areas. NETVIGATOR broadband service is provided by Hong Kong Telecommunications (HKT) Limited. Now TV service is provided by Now TV Limited, and Now TV is a registered trademark of the PCCW Group. All services are subject to relevant terms and conditions.
3. Now TV will broadcast all Premier League matches in Hong Kong exclusively on pay TV for the seasons of 2023/24 to 2024/25. Designated matches will be delivered in 4K per season. Customers must subscribe to the 4K connection service in order to view the 4K version of the channels that they have subscribed (including matches in 4K resolution). Now TV will also broadcast LaLiga matches in Hong Kong on pay TV for the coming three seasons, from 2023/2024 to 2025/2026. Please note that Now TV cannot guarantee live broadcast of all matches of each LaLiga seasons. UEFA Champions League, UEFA Europa League, UEFA Europa Conference League, Serie A, Ligue 1 and Bundesliga are provided by beIN SPORTS. All program content and matches are subject to cancellation and/or suspension by the rights holders and/or event organizers. The dates and times of all aforementioned matches and sporting events may be subject to change from time to time, please refer to official announcements by the rights holders and event organizers for the latest information.
4. Now TV Limited cannot guarantee the continued availability of the channels, programs, matches and services on the Now TV service for the entire duration of your subscription. The channel line-up and programming on the Now TV service; and hours of broadcast of any program or channel are subject to change from time to time.
5. Available to Now TV customers who subscribe to any of the following packs or combo in On Demand – Snapask: Chinese pack (F1.-F.3), English pack (F.1-F.3), F.1 Math pack, F.2 Math pack, F.3 Math pack or Snapask Combo (including Chinese pack (F1.-F.3), English pack (F.1-F.3) and Math Pack (F.1 Math or F.2 Math or F.3 Math)) with a 12-month commitment period (each a “Snapask Pack”). Customers who are not existing Now TV customers must subscribe to the designated Now TV combo with a 24-month commitment period to be eligible to subscribe to a Snapask Pack. The content in and/or accessed through, the Snapask Packs (including the electronic notes and tutorial videos), Question Packs, Snapask App and Snapask official website are provided by Snapask Hong Kong Limited. Now TV Limited and its affiliates will not be liable or responsible for any claims, losses or damages incurred or arising from or in connection with any such content and/or the use of or access to (or failure use or access) the Snapask Pack, electronic notes, tutorial videos, Questions Packs, Snapask App and Snapask official website. In the event of any disputes, the decision of Now TV Limited shall be final and binding.
6. CH139 - SCM Channel & On Demand - SCM Choice will end on 30 September 2023.
