    HKT Smart Living Home IP Camera Service (“Services”) is an extra service of NETVIGATOR Broadband Service. NETVIGATOR Broadband Service and the Services are provided by Hong Kong Telecommunications Limited (“HKT”) and are available only for designated NETVIGATOR Broadband customers in designated residential areas, subject to relevant terms and conditions. HKT reserves the right of the final decision in the event of any dispute. HKT is not the manufacturer of the above products and makes no representation or guarantee as to the quality of the products, and accepts no liability for any matters arising from or in relation to the same. HKT expressly disclaim any and all liability for installation. Customer shall comply with any applicable privacy laws and regulations (including but not limited to the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap. 486)) and all guidelines issued by the Office of the Privacy Commissioner for Personal Data (including but not limited to the Guidance on CCTV Surveillance and Use of Drones) from time to time.

Eligible Customers can choose the service fee waiver of the Services or NETVIGATOR SHiELD Service with 24-month service period. The service fee waiver only applies to designated months during the commitment period of the Services (Terms and Conditions apply). NETVIGATOR SHiELD Service with 24-month service period will be enabled automatically via customer NETVIGATOR broadband line at customer service installation address after subscribed the Services and choose NETVIGATOR SHiELD Service as the welcome offer. Customer just needs to connect their devices to NETVIGATOR broadband network at their service installation address and the protection will be started.
