All giveaways and gifts are not transferrable or cannot be exchangeable for cash or any other benefits. Please refer to the manufacturer’s warranty statement enclosed hereto (if applicable) for details of the warranty terms applicable to specific products. Customers who terminate the designated service plan prior to the expiration of the commitment period of the designated service plan for any reason shall be deemed to have forfeited the relevant offer, and customers are required pay the premature termination fee of the designated service plan (i.e., the sum of the original monthly service fees for the remaining months of the commitment period). Customers who terminate any related NETVIGATOR services prior to the expiration of the commitment period of the designated service plan for any reason shall, in any case, not be entitled to any refund of the monthly service fee, and are required to continue to perform any other terms stipulated in the designated service plan contract. Unless otherwise specified, this promotional offer cannot be used in conjunction with other discounts, offers or promotions, and is not transferable or exchangeable for cash or any other products. In case of any dispute, CSL and/or HKT reserve the right of final decision.
