Your service plan’s month-to-month charge, applicable after expiry of your commitment period, will be at our prevailing rates. For details, please go to Public Housing / Other housing. These rates are subject to change, and HKT's decision shall be final and binding in the event of dispute.

Features of the specified router model are applicable only to the Home Wi-Fi Service plan subscribed to by new customers after October 20, 2020. Network specifications apply to the router supplied. Actual speed experienced by a customer will be less than the network specifications, and wired network specifications, and will be affected by factors including your router’s network specifications, network specifications of the service you subscribe to, layout of your apartment, device used, technology, network and software used, network configuration and coverage, plus availability of international bandwidth, as well as Wi-Fi interference and extraneous factors.
NETVIGATOR/ LiKE1OO broadband service and Home Wi-Fi Service are provided by Hong Kong Telecommunications (HKT) Limited and available only in designated residential areas, subject to Terms & Conditions.

We may revise these Terms & Conditions without notice. Revised terms will take effect when they are posted.
