"King of Gaming" Home Wi-Fi Service and Gamer Pack Services are extra services of NETVIGATOR's broadband service.

King of Gaming - ASUS AX86U Super Combo (“ASUS AX86U Super Combo”) included ASUS AX86U basic plan provided by Home Wi-Fi Service and Gamer Pack Service provided by NETVIGATOR Broadband Services , it is only applicable for designated NETVIGATOR 1000M or above Fiber-to-the-Home broadband customers. Customers are required to subscribe or upgrade to ASUS AX86U Super Combo with a minimum 24-month commitment period. The monthly service fee within commitment period is HK$186. If customer wants to keep using the relevant service after commitment period, customer has to pay the monthly service fee of HK$236. The relevant fees are for reference only and subject to change at any time. If the customer terminates or upgrades the ASUS AX86U Super Combo, all its relevant services must be terminated at the same time. In case of any dispute, HKT reserves the right of final decision. Gamer Pack Service is an extra service under HKT NETVIGATOR Broadband Services that enable you to connect to online games. Gamer Pack Service is provided by us, Hong Kong Telecommunications (HKT) Limited, subject to the prevailing version of the “Gamer Pack Terms and Conditions”. Gamer Pack Service is available only to designated NETVIGATOR 1000M or above Fiber-to-the-Home broadband customers. The low latency guarantee applies to designated multiple overseas game servers. Currently, such service monitoring covers games including FIFA 22 (Ultimate Team), NBA 2K22, Grand Theft Auto V, Hearthstone, Counter-Strike: Global Offensive, Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six: Siege, Apex Legends, DOTA 2, PlayerUnknown's Battlegrounds, Fortnite, League of Legends, Overwatch, Heroes of the Storm, Diablo 3, World of Warcraft and Starcraft II. The money-back guarantee set out in the “Gamer Pack Terms and Conditions” will be only applicable if you can provide to us documentary proof as set out in the Gamer Pack Website to our satisfaction (details are available at Gamer Pack Terms and Conditions, under Clause 5(c)). “Annual Event Pass” given under this offer is subject to the “Gamer Pack Terms and Conditions.”

Your service plan’s month-to-month charge, applicable after expiry of your commitment period, will be at our prevailing rates. For details, please go to Public Housing / Other housing. These rates are subject to change, and HKT's decision shall be final and binding in the event of dispute.

Features of the specified router model are applicable only to the Home Wi-Fi Service plan subscribed to by new customers after October 20, 2020. Network specifications apply to the router supplied. Actual speed experienced by a customer will be less than the network specifications, and wired network specifications, and will be affected by factors including your router’s network specifications, network specifications of the service you subscribe to, layout of your apartment, device used, technology, network and software used, network configuration and coverage, plus availability of international bandwidth, as well as Wi-Fi interference and extraneous factors.

Home Wi-Fi performance depends on factors such as size of apartment, layout of premises, nature of construction materials and extraneous factors, as well as area of coverage specified by the customer. Wi-Fi 6 wireless network performance depends on the support of the end device.

NETVIGATOR/ LiKE1OO broadband service and Home Wi-Fi Service are provided by Hong Kong Telecommunications (HKT) Limited and available only in designated residential areas, subject to Terms & Conditions.

We may revise these Terms & Conditions without notice. Revised terms will take effect when they are posted.
