    This offer is only available to designated new consumer customers in designated residential area (whose service installation address has not been installed with any HKT Home Wi-Fi Service within 3 months prior to the service application date) who have newly subscribed to designated Home Wi-Fi Service with not less than 24-month commitment period. Wi-Fi wireless network performance depends on the support of the end device. The subscribed router service is subject to the specifications of your subscribed broadband service, the wireless performance will be affected by many factors, including network specification of your router, the lay-out of your flat, other possible Wi-Fi interference and extraneous factors, the service cannot raise the broadband bandwidth in the installation address. Please access our NETVIGATOR website for details of our Home Wi-Fi Service and ensure that the selected Home Wi-Fi Service is compatible to your broadband line/network. We will not be liable for any loss or damage (including loss of connection) suffered by you on your subscribed broadband service arising by the provision of Home Wi-Fi Services.

    The onsite inspection and Smart Home Consultation are provided by Netvigator Netvigator consultants within the offer period. Customers are required to pay HK$1,000 inspection fee in advance, which is only refundable by offsetting service fee upon successfully subscription to designated Smart Home Solutions. Each customer can only enjoy free Smart Home Consultation once at its service installation address.

    Home Wi-Fi Service Maintenance Service does not cover damage or loss caused by misuse, abuse, neglect or unauthorised repair or modification.

    This offer is only available to designated new consumer customers in designated residential area (whose service installation address has not been installed with any HKT Home Wi-Fi Service within 3 months prior to the service application date and with active and adequate broadband line/network), who have newly subscribed to designated Home Wi-Fi Service with not less than 24-month commitment period. Customers will be entitled to six-month service fee waiver for designated months during the commitment period.

    This offer is only applicable to new consumer customers (whose service installation address has not been installed with any NETVIGATOR or LiKE1OO Broadband Service or HKT Home Wi-Fi Service within 3 months prior to the service application date) switching from selected Internet service providers to us. Customers must subscribe to designated NETVIGATOR Broadband Service and Home Wi–-Fi Service both with at least 24-month commitment period to enjoy Home Wi–-Fi Service six-month fee waiver for designated months during the commitment period plus free upgrade to 2x1000M Broadband Service during the commitment period. Bandwidth specification refers to network specifications of the subscribed services for the broadband line connected from the modem at your premises to the first piece of network equipment or central office of the NETVIGATOR network. 1000M Fibre-to-the-Home plans correspond to a maximum downstream bandwidth of 1000Mbps and maximum upstream bandwidth of 1,000Mbps. For 2x1000M Multi-Use Broadband Service, bandwidth specification corresponds to a maximum downstream bandwidth of 2Gbps and maximum upstream bandwidth of 1Gbps (by two (2) passive optical network modem ports of up to 1Gbps each). VLAN (Virtual Local Area Network) technology for 2x1000M Multi-Use Plan is disabled by default, unless Customer has requested NETVIGATOR to enable this technology. Actual speed experienced using the service will be less than the network specifications and affected by your device, technology, network and software used, network configuration and coverage, usage levels, international bandwidth and extraneous factors.

    "Basic Plan" of "King of Coverage" includes provision of two routers. Customers can subscribe to an "Upgrade Plan" based on the same router model. A maximum of three "Upgrade Plans" can be subscribed to in respect of each service installation address.

    At the end of the commitment period of your Home Wi-Fi Services, if (a) we have not received any valid written termination request of the Home Wi-Fi service contract from you; or (b) you have not renewed your existing contract nor entered into any new contract in respect of the Home Wi-Fi Services with a new commitment period, we shall continue to provide the Home Wi-Fi Services to you under the existing contract on a month-to-month basis on the same terms and conditions (save for the charges), subject to your payment of our then prevailing monthly rate for the services (without commitment period) as published or specified by us, until you terminate the services as per the contract.

    Features of the specified router model are applicable only to the Home Networking Wireless Service plan subscribed to by new customers after Apr 1, 2022. Network specifications apply to the router supplied. Actual speed experienced by a customer will be less than the network specifications, and wired network specifications, and will be affected by factors including your router’s network specifications, network specifications of the service you subscribe to, layout of your apartment, device used, technology, network and software used, network configuration and coverage, plus availability of international bandwidth, as well as Wi-Fi interference and extraneous factors. Home Wi-Fi Services are provided by us, Hong Kong Telecommunications (HKT) Limited, subject to relevant terms and conditions. All terms and conditions are subject to change, without prior notice. In the event of discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions, the English version shall prevail. In case of any disputes, our decision shall be final.
