^{^} Maintenance service does not cover damage or loss caused by misuse, abuse, neglect or unauthorized repair or modification.

⁺ Existing Home Wi-Fi Service customers are required to adhere to certain conditions and could be charged an additional monthly fee when upgrading to other router models.

Home Wi-Fi Service is provided by us, Hong Kong Telecommunications (HKT) Limited, and is available only in designated residential areas, subject to its relevant terms and conditions. We may revise any terms and conditions without prior notice. The revised terms and conditions will take effect once posted.
