This is a limited time offer and is applicable to new customers (whose proposed service installation address has not been installed with any NETVIGATOR / LiKE1OO broadband service within 3 months prior to the application date) successfully subscribing to designated NETVIGATOR broadband service for designated housing estate with a minimum 24-month commitment period. Customer must allow us to complete the service installation within 30 days from the application date. Each service installation address may only be applicable to this offer once. NETVIGATOR broadband service is provided by us, Hong Kong Telecommunications (HKT) Limited, subject to relevant terms and conditions, and is only available in designated residential areas. Please contact out sales representatives for details. In case of any discrepancy between the English version and any non-Chinese language translation, the English version shall prevail.

Please note that in the event you do not provide the Data marked with asterisks (if any) we may not be able to process with this Form.
