^According to Hong Kong's Fiber-to-the-Home (FTTH) household penetration rate – as reported by the Office of the Communications Authority in June 2018 – NETVIGATOR accounted for more than 60% of household connections, ranking it first in terms of FTTH market share. NETVIGATOR broadband is available only in designated residential areas, subject to relevant terms and conditions. NETVIGATOR broadband service is provided by Hong Kong Telecommunications (HKT) Limited.
- Hong Kong Telecommunications (HKT) Limited(the “Organiser”) is the organiser of this NETVIGATOR 23rd Birthday Celebration – Timer Challenge Game (“this Game”).Participation in this Game signifies that a participant has read and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (including the “Personal Information Collection Statement” below).
- Eligible participants will have to participate in this Game by visiting our designated HKT Shop (18 April 2019 at our Mongkok Shop, 20 April 2019 at our Sham Shui Po Shop and 22 April 2019 at our TuenMun Shop), and by presenting the “NETVIGATOR Birthday Celebration” invitation email to our staff for verification and registration. Participants must participate in this Game in person and may not ask others to participate for and on his / her behalf.
- Each participant is entitled to the number of chance to play this Game as shown in the “NETVIGATOR Birthday Celebration” invitation email. Each participant may register for this Game with the “NETVIGATOR Birthday Celebration” invitation email once only.
- To get a chance to win, participant must be able to stop the timer at the designated time or designated time range (prizes are available on a first come first serve basis). Time for the 1st prize: 4 second 18; Time range for the 2nd prize: 8 second 41 to 8 second 46; Time range for the 3rd prize: 18 second 04 to 18 second 23.
- Each participant will only have the chance to win one prize. If a participant has more than one chance to play this Game and he / she has won in all of those chances or more than once, he / she may only choose one prize out of the prizes he / she may be entitled to, and he / she will NOT be receiving all of those prizes. If a participant is unable to stop the timer at the designated time or designated time range, he / she will still have a chance to win the 4th prize.
- Participants may only play this Game and have a chance to win a prize after verification and in witness by our staff. Participants must register for a prize according to the instructions of our staff. They may receive ONE redemption letter for future prize redemption purpose.
- There are 2 prize pools:

A new customer of NETVIGATOR Broadband Service refers to a consumer customer whose service installation address has not been installed with any NETVIGATOR or LiKE1OO Broadband Service for the past three (3) months from the date of his / her NETVIGATOR Broadband Service application. All service installation under this offer must be successfully completed within 30 days from the application date and customer shall provide credit card details for service application. Please call our dedicated hotline or come to our HKT Shops to find out if you are eligible.)
- All prizes are not exchangeable or refundable, cannot be exchanged for cash or other gifts or services, and are not transferable. The Organiser will not replace or reissue any prizes lost, damaged or stolen. The Organiser reserves the right to replace the prize with the same value or higher value, and the winner will not be able to make any claims against the Organiser for this reason. The Organiser and its affiliates are not responsible for the quality and performance of the prizes. The winners agree that the Organiser and/or its affiliates are not responsible and compensated for any problems arising from the receipt and use of the prizes.
- Travel Club SIM includes Seven-Day Always-Be-Connected 24-hour Pass (“24-hour Pass”) for designated destinations, including Mainland China, Australia, Cambodia, India, Indonesia, Japan, Malaysia, New Zealand, the Philippines, Singapore, South Korea, Taiwan, Thailand and Vietnam. The validity period of your Travel Club SIM is labelled on your Travel Club SIM package. Your 24-hour Pass will automatically be activated upon your arrival at the applicable destination and is valid for 24 hours after activation. Charges are calculated per one day per each applicable destination. “One day” in this context means 24 hours from activation of your 24-hour Pass. If you visit 2 applicable destinations within 24 hours, 2 days of charges will be deducted accordingly. When your data roaming usage reached 500MB, the data transmission speed will be capped at 256kbps for that day. The actual speed and usage experience depends on applicable roaming networks. - 5,000 Clubpoints does not include airport taxes, levies, fuel surcharge or service charges. Upgrades, special requests or seats on particular flights are subject to availability and each airline’s own terms and conditions. In the event of an air ticket upgrade, passengers are required to pay any applicable surcharge to Club Travel as advised by Club Travel at the time of the request. - If a participant obtains a prize in violation of the principle of good faith or violates the terms and conditions of this Game, the Organiser reserves the right to cancel the participant’s entitlement to the prize and the Organiser will not make any compensation or compensation.
- Participation in this Game signifies that a participant agrees that the Organiser shall have absolute discretion to take photos, videos and carry out interviews of the participants, winners and/or their accompanying family and friends, and may use any such photos and/or videos for any publicity and promotional purpose, without notice to the relevant person(s) and payment of any fees.
- If the redemption location and time are rescheduled or cancelled for any reason, or winners are unable to collect the prize at any designated place or time for any reason, no refund or compensation will be given to the winner by the Organiser.
- The Organiser may cancel or change any terms or conditions of this Game at any time without notice.
