^*This is a limited time offer and is applicable to existing designated NETVIGATOR customers residing at designated estates who successfully renew or upgrade to designated NETVIGATOR Broadband Services with at least 24-month commitment period and subscribe designated Extra Service with at least 24-month commitment period, and any installation for the Designated Broadband Service must be successfully completed on the same day within 30 days from the date of application or by 30 November 2021, whichever is earlier (or such other dates as we may decide). Upon successful subscription and installation of the designated services, each eligible customer will receive one or two Concert tickets. Each eligible customer is entitled to a maximum of two Concert tickets under this Offer, even if he/ she might have subscribed to more than one designated services. Tickets are limited and available on a first-come-first-served basis. Tickets not collected within the specified period will be deemed forfeited. Tickets will not be re-issued and customers will not be compensated any way. You may terminate the services by giving us not less than 30 days’ notice via our designated form at any time, but if the service is terminated for any reason within the commitment period, you will be liable to pay the applicable early termination charges and other cancellation charges (if any), and we reserve the right to ask you to pay us the value of the concert tickets.
