1. Monthly fee entitles the customer to local use of the above-mentioned PCCW Wi-Fi service and PCCW Mobile HSPA - 3G wireless data service¹by using Auto Network Selector, SIM card² and NETVIGATOR Connection Manager. Monthly fee does not include service charges for any mobile value-added services (such as SMS, MMS and roaming) and the ($12 per month) Mobile Service Licence fee and related charges, which will be charged separately according to PCCW Mobile's prevailing rates.
2. If customer suspends or terminates NETVIGATOR Everywhere service before expiry of the term, an early termination charge will be made and all rebate amounts will be forfeited.
