2. Why HKSMN stop at the grey screen when I first time
logon?
 
i. The version of your Microsoft Java VM doesn’t meet the minimum requirement. Please here to download the latest version of the Microsoft Java VM
ii. Since you install the SUN Java Plug-in and the SUN Java Plug-in is set as a default VM
 
- Select the “”Java Plug-in” from the “Control Panel” , and then double to open
   
- Select [Browser] from the tab menu
   
- Uncheck the item of [Microsoft Internet Explorer]
- Click [Apply]  
   
   
3. Why when I first time logon HKSMN, it tells that “ Invalid username or password”?
  You should be using Internet Explorer 6.0. Since the basic setting of Internet Explorer 6.0 disables the use of cookie, you need to permit the use cookie in order to use the HKSMN service.
 
1. Point your mouse to bottom right of the HKSMN login page and double click the icon shown.
   
2. In the ”Privacy Report” dialogue box, point your mouse on “https//afe.com.hk/smn/ss_logonprocess.asp” and then double click.

i. If you just start the HKSMN for the one first time, the version of your Microsoft Java VM doesn’t meet the minimum requirement. Please here to download the latest version of the Microsoft Java VM.
ii. If you have started the HKSMN before, your Microsoft Internet Explorer might cache up some corrupted HKSMN file. We recommend you clearing the Microsoft Internet Explorer cache and restart the HKSMN again.
  - Select “Tools” from the Microsoft Internet Explorer
- Select “Internet options”
- Select “General”
- Press “Delete Files..”
- Check the “Delete all offline content” and click “OK”
- Restart the Microsoft Internet Explorer.
   
11. How do I know the HKSMN is still online and is receiving market information?
  The time display at the top right corner should be in green color all the time. If the time display turns to red, it means your Internet connection is either not stable or lost. HKSMN will reconnect itself when the Internet connection is available and health again.
   
12. How can I change my registered personal information such as address, telephone number, e-mail address, payment information or even my login password?
  Please visit the webpage of HKSMN at http://nfx.netvigator.com/premium_app/eng/smn/ and choose from the Account Maintenance list at the left-hand-side navigation bar.
   
13. What should I do if I have forgotten my password?
  You should call our customer service hotline at 1833833 or e-mail to premserv@netvigator.com. Our customer service staff will reset the old password and send you a new one. You can then use the new password in next login.
