Notice of termination of HKSMN service must be receive on or before the 14th of the month at the end of which you wish to terminate your service. Please complete this service termination form in English and in Block Letters and return to GPO Box 320 Hong Kong or Fax to (852) 2888 0811. Please note that the monthly fee paid in advance for that next month is not refundable. Confirmation of your termination will be sent to you by e-mail once your request had been processed. This confirmation should normally be received within four working days. If you have not received a confirmation e-mail within four working days, please call our Hotline 1833 833.
