To terminate the service, customers should obtain the termination form here or by calling our service hotline at 183 3833. Complete the termination form and fax it back to 2888 0811.
Notice of termination of HKSMN service must be received on or before 14th of the month at the end of which you wish to terminate your service and return to GPO Box 320 Hong Kong or fax to (852) 2888 0811.
Confirmation of your termination will be sent to you by e-mail once your request had been processed. This confirmation should normally be received within four working days. If you have not received a confirmation e-mail within four working days, please call our Hotline 1833 833.
